PAVILION RENTALS:

• Pavilion is an outside covered area.
• Reservations suggested.
• $25 per week.
• Tables available for rent at $3 each.
• Space size is approximately 10 x 10.
• Payment due one week In advance.
• NOTE: Outdoor Garage Sale Sundays are $30

GARAGE RENTALS (Storage/Retail space):

• Rented on a month to month basis.  
• 8' x 17' - May thru October $150 per month - November thru April $75 per month.
• 10' x 30' - May thru October $275 per month - November thru April $150 per month.
• 20' x 40' - $500 per month - November thru April $300 per month
• 7 day a week access.
• Payment due first of the month.
• Includes Sunday Market - Roll up and sell!

NOTE:
Summer Garage Sale Sunday Rates are $5 more per booth outside and in the pavilions
