We are NY's Largest Market! Hundreds of dealers set up both indoors and outdoors. Offering antiques & collectibles including furniture, jewelry, clothing , toys, etc. New & Used merchandise, trade cards, crafts, fresh produce and MUCH more!

  Hours 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. FREE Admission
  (1$ per car Parking (SUNDAY's ONLY) April 1 to Oct. 31. 
  (FREE Parking Nov to March).

Every Sunday visit over 40  dealers in our Garage Units, including Antiques & Collectibles.

OUTDOOR RENTALS - Sundays ONLY:

First come, first served.  
$20 per spot.
Tables available for rent at $3 each.
Space Size is approximately 20 x 20.

NOTE:  Outdoor Garage Sale Sundays are $25 per spot.
 

PAVILION RENTALS - Sundays ONLY:
Pavilion is an outside covered area.
Reservations suggested.
$25 per week.
Tables available for rent at $3 each.
Space size is approximately 10 x 10. Payment due one week In advance.

NOTE:  Outdoor Garage Sale Sundays are $30 per spot.

GARAGE UNITS - Storage/Retail Space
Roll up on Sundays and Sell!
Rented on a month to month basis. Unit sizes vary and rates are as follows:

8' x 17' - May thru October $150 per month - November thru April $75 per month
10' x 30' - May thru October $275 per month - November thru April $150 per month
20' x 40' - May thru October $500 per month - November thru April $300 per month
(7 day a week access to your storage unit)
